Thank you for choosing Big E-Z’s Free Invoicing Tool!

Get started with the Free Invoicing Tool:

First, sign out of all Google accounts before you continue: Open a Google page in your browser (such as the Google home page), select your profile picture in the upper-right corner, and select Sign out of all accounts. Then, sign into the Google account you used when you installed the extension. You must always be signed in to only one Google account when you use the Invoicing tool.

Open First Big E-Z Spreadsheet

Open a new spreadsheet in Google Sheets (you can use a shortcut here). At the top menu, click Extensions -> Big E-Z Accounting / Invoicing -> Open First Big E-Z Spreadsheet. Fill in the form with the required information about your business. Select Submit

After a minute or two, you should see a new pop-up window with a link. (If the link did not open you most likely have two or more Gmail accounts open. See note above.) Click this link to open your populated Big E-Z Accounting Spreadsheet template.

Click on Extensions -> Big E-Z Accounting -> Main Menu. You’ll see the main menu appear on the right. In the main menu, select Instructions to start using the Invoicing tool.

Your Big E-Z Spreadsheet is located in your Google Drive storage in the folder Big E-Z Accounting – <your company name>. For easy access, bookmark your Big E-Z Accounting Spreadsheet in your browser or create a shortcut to it on your desktop.

As a bonus, the full Big E-Z Accounting program is now installed but only the invoicing tool is free to access. Try the complete suite for 14-days.
