Big E-Z does not need to store your complete credit or debit card number in order to process your payment. Payment information may be handled directly by the applicable payment processor under its own privacy policy and terms.

3. Big E-Z Books+ Customer Data

You are responsible for the information you enter into the application, including its accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness for your business.

Big E-Z may access Customer Data when reasonably necessary to:

● Provide and maintain the application;
● Provide customer support;
● Troubleshoot technical problems;
● Assist with onboarding or other services you have purchased;
● Maintain backups;
● Protect the security of the application;
● Prevent unauthorized access or misuse;

Big E-Z does not sell your Customer Data.

Big E-Z does not claim ownership of your bookkeeping records or financial information.

We will not use your Customer Data for unrelated advertising purposes.

4. Customer Responsibility for Sensitive Information

Big E-Z Books+ is intended for business bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping.

You should not enter information into Big E-Z Books+ that is not reasonably necessary for your bookkeeping activities.

You are responsible for determining what information is appropriate to enter into the application and for maintaining appropriate records outside of Big E-Z Books+ when required for your business, tax, legal, or regulatory purposes.

5. Sharing Information With Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers when reasonably necessary to operate Big E-Z and provide our products and services.

These providers may assist with:

● Cloud hosting and data storage;
● Application hosting and infrastructure;
● Payment processing;

When a Big E-Z Books+ subscription or account is terminated, you may have a limited period in which to access and export your information, as described in the EULA.

You are responsible for exporting and retaining copies of your bookkeeping records that you need for your business, tax, legal, or other purposes before the applicable deletion period expires.

After the applicable deletion period, Big E-Z may permanently delete Customer Data associated with the terminated account, subject to information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.

We recommend that you consult your tax attorney or other qualified professional for complete record-retention guidance before closing your account.

13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information.

In those circumstances, requests concerning Customer Data may need to be made through the organization or account administrator.

Big E-Z may provide information to an authorized account administrator when reasonably necessary to administer the account or provide the services.

15. Children’s Privacy

Big E-Z’s website, products, and services are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
