Set up your bookkeeping system
For Free Custom Setup, fill out the Custom Setup form and we’ll set up your bookkeeping system for you, based on your own financial data. Custom Setup available for Monthly subscribers for only $99.
Click on Extensions -> Big E-Z Accounting -> Initial Setup / Support. You’ll see the Initial Setup menu appear on the right. There you’ll find further instructions for onboarding your business data to Big E-Z Accounting.

Your Big E-Z Spreadsheet is located in your Google Drive storage in the folder Big E-Z Accounting – <your organization name>. For easy access, bookmark your Big E-Z Accounting Spreadsheet in your browser or create a shortcut on your desktop. Here’s how: right-click on the desktop > New > Shortcut and paste the URL.
