Open First Big E-Z Spreadsheet
Open a new spreadsheet in Google Sheets (you can use a shortcut here). At the top menu, click Extensions -> Big E-Z Accounting / Invoicing -> Open First Big E-Z Spreadsheet. Fill in the form with the required information about your business. Select Submit.
After a minute or two, you should see a new pop-up window with a link. (If the link did not open you most likely have two or more Gmail accounts open). Click the link you receive to open your populated Big E-Z Accounting Spreadsheet template.
Set up your bookkeeping system
Big E-Z offers Custom Setup using your data for $99.
DIY Setup – Click on Extensions -> Big E-Z Accounting -> Initial Setup / Support. You’ll see the Initial Setup menu appear on the right. There you’ll find further instructions for onboarding your business data to Big E-Z Accounting.

Your Big E-Z Spreadsheet is located in your Google Drive storage in the folder Big E-Z Accounting – <your company name>. For easy access, bookmark your Big E-Z Accounting Spreadsheet in your browser or create a shortcut to it on your desktop.
